Fine actually. Grilled it and for a taste test and was good for lunch. Then fired up the court bouillon and figured if I wasn't sick by the time it was done we were good. And such was the case.

Next time, don't stir it after you add the fish. You've got fish flakes; if you don't stir the pot, the fish won't break up on you like that. Twist the pot around the fish to keep everything from sticking. You should be using something like this with a bail to cook a courtbullion so you can keep everything from sticking without putting a spoon in once the fish is in.



I've hit people with the big spoon before for trying to stir my courtbullion.

Still looks like it might taste good, though.
