I definitely do. I can't tell a difference between the ones I freeze and the ones I bought that day.

Ive always heard dont because of the oils. Seems like their is a difference but not enough to rule out how psychology plays into this.

Kinda what I figured. I only go through a pound every 2 months or so. What do y'all store them in? The bag they came in?

To preserve your beans' fresh roasted flavor as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature.

I keep my coffee in the freezer, but I always did it just because my mom always had
