Traveling to Ft. Lauderdale for work in a few weeks. Looking for recommendations on places to grab a bite to eat. Both casual and on the nicer end. Also recommendations on places to get a drink. I'll be staying at the Westin Beach Resort. Thanks.

Yolo was really good.
Casa Sensei was a grand slam.

Elbo Room on the beach was really fun. Had an old time french quarter kinda vibe with a FL twist...live music, friendly people day drinking, great people watching

3 sons is the best brewery down there and it is 5 min from FLL. Great food too.

Is FLL a good weekend vacation? Flights are always cheap.

The Beach House and Oceanic in Pompano. There's also a Tike bar on the beach next door.

Shuck-n-Dive is a good Cajun restaurant. Tom Jenkins for BBQ. Jack's Old Fashioned Hamburgers for well, hamburgers :)

Dutch Pot (Jamaican)

Get the brown stew chicken. Even tho it's Jamaican it's like southern comfort food hands down. So good.

Shalama's Roti Shop (Trinidadian)

My recommendation: Goat curry roti

There is a solid pizza by the slice place right next to the elbo room.

For fancier pizza, Anthony’s coal fired pizza is good.
