I only see the first pic, as well. Something wrong. At least it looks like you properly seasoned it...

How did it come out? Ten minutes seems kind of short.

nice look to that steak. those appear to be bacon wrapped blue cheese jalapeños (commonly purchased at HEB where they make them fresh). I buy those from time to time as apps.

I hate wrapping things in bacon, because I can never get it to the crispiness I would want.

That final meat looks ok, but I would expect a lot less brown and barely medium rare in the center.

That steak looks medium to me even in the center.

He only uses the beefmaster breed of cattle as well so it has a little extra added novelty to his aged beef.

Bacon should be cooked only long enough as not to give those who eat it Trichinosis.
