3-4BD 9/6 Envies. Due to anonymity issues that bit me softly, WhoDatMatt will no longer be with us. Mad Dogg is in the house.

I doubt that will ever happen. The beards would be too uncomfortable in the heat, and and handlebar mustaches would wilt.

Surprisingly, the beer industry still seems to be still accelerating in Oregon.

This may shock you, but in 2009, there were less than 100 breweries in Oregon. Today, there are 240+. So many of the best breweries in Oregon didn't exist in 2009. De Garde, Boneyard, Block 15, etc... Weren't around. Hell, Great Notion and Ex Novo weren't around last year.

That's why I think it's funny when someone suggests that too many breweries are opening in LA. I think you guys are just starting to grow. Look at the popularity of Envie and Ghost. Other brewers are going to look at that success and jump in. You watch.

It doesn't surprise me in the least that Gnarley Barley is trying to catch that wave of great IPAs. When they do, that will give you guys something to drink while waiting for the next Parish release.

Next up is a new local offering.

Label says a "dank, resiny, bright citrus hops & a dry pepper finish".... not terrible. I can see this being a malt bomb in 3 weeks. Lol @ "Houston's most creative brewery"
