I love football season.

I have some outside chores to accomplish before my FBD.

Made 10 lbs of Habenero chicken sausage, smoking a pastrami, and got a roast beef going in the oven.
Now time for a beer

NBD: A Ghost manifested on 7/30/17 and it is hitting its stride. I like this better now than I did when I first purchased.
Why does Ghost always taste better two weeks later rather than fresh?

FBD probably won't touch another for 2 weeks, definitely the bones and structure of a great beer, but it's green. Still a nice backbone of pineapple juice there, fantastic mouthfeel, and zero alcohol burn even at the 8% mark. She's the Laney Boggs of beer. Anyone who isn't blind can tell she's hot, but take off her glasses, change her hair, and let her come into her own and she's gonna be absolute fire.

Work is a breeze. It's just this beer needs time to stretch its legs a bit. Same thing as what you were saying about Ghost.
