Texas is about to become my new state as well. Already started a job here in Houston this past Fall, but soon to become an official resident coonass.

It's been cool so far. I moved here to The Woodlands from Orlando about a month ago. There are a lot more LA people and LSU fans here than there were in the last 3 places I lived since I left LA.

Good shite when you can walk into HEB and find a LSU styrophoam cooler when you're in a pinch.

FBD - The newly released CCB Double Barrel Hunahpu. 50% aged in rum barrels and 50% aged in apple brandy barrels before being blended. It's no Sam Adams but I'm not an FBD baller like some of y'all.

I'm tapping out. Like I said, I wasn't in for the long haul... Just wanted to grab a quality sip for lunch while I was inspired by the early am FBDers.

Late to the party. Yes, some damn fine work this morning. I've been scrambling trying to reschedule stuff from tomorrow to Thursday or Friday.

Hope the nap will revitalize him and steady his hand. I think the FBD Council previously ruled in the landmark case of In Re: The Matter of Ham's Florida Beach Trip that you don't have to start counting beers over after a nap.

Wife got me the lamp and the 2003 and the 2007 championship framed dome shots a few years ago as a Christmas gift. Framed pics are still in moving boxes

Seen it many times in my high school and college track days. That front-running out of the gate is tough. If you're going to go with that strategy, you've got to build a big enough lead that your opponents either give up early or simply run out of time trying to make up the gap before the finish.

There's still 8 1/2 hours left in the day. Going to be very tough to hold everyone off at this point if he's already hit the wall.

as a bare minimum we need a deduction for that half of a Envie he poured all over his counter at 12:09 mark....

Wonder if he ever did anything with those 2 cans of rotel or whatever that was in the right of his pics?

I think you could put a saddle on me if I had access to Sculpin and Double Jack. My urge to drink is often curbed by my limited beer selection. Sometimes I look at the beer aisle and think to myself, it's just not worth it.
