FBD - Bishop's Barrel 7

This guy aged really nicely. I wasn't a huge fan of it fresh, but it mellowed and has a nice, earthy flavor to it thanks to the molasses.

Good thing you didn't rush to any brash conclusions. Super-fresh hoppy beers can transform a lot within the first week or two of bottling.
