Really yours must have been old because that has a lot of hops IMO.
And I think it's pretty underrated. 81% is pretty hard from BA but I'd like to think the beer snobs shun it because it's a Sam Adams. But it's very drinkable IMO

When Ave Pub upstairs opened at 5p about 8 people went right up for Ghost. Keg blew after 5 glasses. New keg was tapped, that's when I got mine.

I saw some Blakkr at Specs, but the canned on date scared me away. But that was nothing compared to the OB Gubna cans I saw with a June 2013 canning date.
