FBD following drinks at rum house. Very nice, more bourbon forward than I expected. Not as thick as bourbon county but with a lot of flavor. Very nice.

About a year and a half, I think? I visited back in January. I loved it. Lot of ties to LA, so I grilled them about why we don't benefit from their distribution. It was a pretty gorgeous place and they had some excellent experimental stuff on draft. They had a group of men and women in their 60's and 70's that show up every Monday night and play some bluegrass. I was in hog heaven. I'm probably going to make a point of visiting again when my next NC trip rolls around in June.

ETA: It was pretty interesting, they chose Brevard instead of a number of other places because the water there was almost an identical match to what they have in CO.

I find that the Gose is a pretty love it or hate it beer.

a certain brewer seems to like it
