I've had simtra and thought it was great.

FBD was a Schlafly dry hopped apa. Second was their IPA. Both at STL otw back to DFW. My sinuses and/or allergies are OOC, so they both tasted like nothingness.

Simtra is one of the beers on the list. It is also one of the two IIIPA's at over 11% ABV. I'll give it a shot, since it has two recommendations from the board.

They had one I couldn't stand, I shared it with Kim actually. It was drinkable but no way could I do more than one. Came in a black bottle with a black label.

That was their Black Belgian Stout, I believe. Yeah, it was not really my thing either.

FBD - Simtra at ABV. Crowded at the bar, so I'm hanging out by one of the beer fridges.

This shows you how busy a bar with no sign on the building and no advertising can be if the dispense good swill.

This beer is a very good IIIPA. Not quite Notorious good, but well done.
