The Aprihop is more of a beer drinkers beer.

I do really like #9 though. Pretty much the only magic hat I like. The SingleChair is good, but you can only get it at the brewery.

Havent committed on all five yet but

A: untouched oak chips
B: tequila soaked oak chips
C: pineapple kiwi
D: ? Probably something tart (fruit, liquid, ...?), really light (honey dew melon? Cucumber?) or another liquor soaked oak chip (Possibly spiced rum). Not too sure yet, open to suggestions.
E: leaving one gallon untouched or maybe dry hopping with more citra. Really depends on how much i end up with after primary since im already dry hopping the primary. Those dried hop cones can reallu soak up some beer.

What containers are you using for secondary?

I've heard of cantelope and rosemary...

One gallon carboys. It'd be nice to find something with a bigger opening like a one gallon mason jar. I have about three weeks to figure out how i'm going to actually go about this...assuming the beer comes out ok.

Eta: just found half gal mason jars.

Finally did my taxes last night. Finished after midnight. Should have had another beer to mask the pain. Or just skipped straight to the hard stuff.
