for now, TBD:

An apricot beer. How does it compare to Magic Hat #9 ? I tried #9 for the first time the other day and I was OK, but nothing special IMO. I found the apricot flavor to be artificial tasting.

i like it better than the #9. The DF Aprihop is a nice IPA with decent hop and just a hint of sweet apricot in the background. the apricot is subtle and it is offset nicely by the hop.

i'm ok with the #9. I find it to be a refreshing beer on a hot day but I won't drink more than one in a sitting.

This would distinguish it from the #9 IMO.

I can't wait and love what I'm hearing about how close it was to DR 11. Someone said it was ~8% but I thought DR 11 was closer to 10. I'll have to check that out.

ETA: I was wrong they are both 8.9

Had a taste of aprihop at the bar where they had it on draft. Like all other DFH stuff, I didn't care for it. Just seemed fizzy without any apricot or hop flavor. So SBD is Lagunitas IPA on draft.

Yes, it is. TBD was a Tin Roof Blonde at the Box (Tigers won 6-4). Back home and I am revisiting Endeavor as 4BD. I like this beer.

I humbly think it compares favorably with the Endeavour.
