We dined outside at Jaco's. I love that place. The bartender knows me now (imagine that) and the margaritas are great for my tastes.

Had these fried sea scallops on the MD/VA coast.

They were very sweet and the texture was perfect since they barely fry them. Chincoteague is a scallop port, so they're super fresh.

Going back up Monday...looking forward to getting this again.

I've been disappointed with this batch of Dirt Wolf. It's not bad. Basically reminds me of Bayou Teche's Quantum Hop. However, I seem to remember Dirt Wolf being more like Space Cake??
