Our outdoor cat has the same (she starting coming by as a baby to eat the food we leave out, and she claimed the carport--hasn't left since).
Jones got her this:
You plug it in (we use an extension cord) and it matches the animal's body temp when they lay on it. We have it in a folding bag type of chair with a few towels draped around the arm rests to block the wind.

I'm with Yeezy. Stouts will keep, and these hops aren't getting any fresher. Back to my attempts to stay at 2BD during the week, with exceptions for when friends/bad influences stop by to join. So, thought Zombie Dust and Daisy Cutter sounded right for tonight.
