That's a great beer. All you need is some cake and ice cream.

FBD - Hopitoulas on tap at IPO First time having it. I like it alot. I really don't think it's sold in Lafayette. I may stock up while in BR
pretty sure it is. my parents always have some at their house. Ill ask my dad where he gets it. I'm assuming Marcello's/Phillipes.

He does work in BR once a week though so he may be getting it there.

Pour a small amount of beer in the ice cream.

Did it with Founders Breakfast Stout a month or so ago, on top of my ice cream/cake medley. It was sublime.

Been drinking plenty today! FBD was at Spuyten Duyvil in Brooklyn.

Last BD was a Founder's Porter at an Irish joint in Manhattan.

How did you like that place Spuyten? I turned around and left before ordering a drink because they people there were assholes. Funnily, I have a couple of buddies in NYC this weekend and they've pretty much hit up the exact same places as you.

I liked it, the bartender was really nice to us. They only have 7 or 8 taps but all were good.

Good charcuterie as well.

I've only had it once, that I remember. I got it in my first FBD BX--with tetu way back.

Next BD back home after a chilly night at the Box is a Deschutes Obsidian Stout. Very, very nice.
