Time for another change of pace. Better quit talking smack about Rouge while we are drinking his beer.

You do need try it. I'll be happy to send you a bottle. Have your people get in touch with mine....I see ghost and yellarose as apples and oranges.....ghost is a bigger DIPA and yellarose is a perfectly executed smsh ipa. Both incredible beers for what they were trying to accomplish. Both grand slams in my book

Rahr & Sons is one of the breweries that initially got me into craft beer.

If you don't count drink Harp, Bass and Taj Mahal at Chimes in 2003 trying to go Around the World as being "into craft beer."

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderfully tart and funky. Really, really like it.

28 hours into Nola and it has been great. Just ate at Shyla Mediterranean. ...Israeli. ...and every bite was a "holy chit".....amazing. last night at Pizza Domenica the roasted cauliflower was amazing.....why doesn't Texas have food like this? I mean we are smarter, better looking and more ambitious than these swamp rats. But dammit the food here is fantastic......I need to find a European bike mechanic to fix this flat. It's an all day job.
