I was told to wait until twelfth night (jan 6) to take it down. Just following orders.

FBD is a Half Acre Daisy Cutter PA.

Really good American pale ale. Nice citrusy hops with a toasty malt finish. Very flavorful for 5.2%. Light, easy mouthfeel. One of the best examples of the style I've tried.

Staying in the spirit myself, 6BD is a Corsendonk Christmas Ale.

Had that one on tap while I was in Tennessee over the Holidays. It is a very good beer for sure.

I haven't had it in a year, to be honest I didn't really enjoy it very much the last time. At the time I really favored German, Belgians and stouts. The bitter IPA's really took some getting used to. Fast forward a year and now I prefer a good hoppy beer but without a harsh aftertaste or malty/sweet back end. Abrasive is very tasty and clean, I'd put it in my top 5 IPA's..

It is amazing how our tastes can change within a year.
Eta: a year ago I'd never have imagined that farmhouse/saisons would be my favorite style.

dude it's really really good . well balanced between the bourbon and honey. the booze mellows out the initial sweetness. preciate it!

The oldest IPA I have, so I'm enjoying it while it still has the fresh flavor. I do love this beer.
