Pull it at 195 and cut off the flat. Throw a little more rub on the point and throw it back on the smoker til 200-203 for some burnt ends.

Went well. Poolside with beer and women is hard to beat. Then had a great night as tsunami.

FBD after a morning at the office and a few hours in the yard is a SweetWater IPA. Nice, crisp IPA. I'll buy it whenever it hits the shelves here.

TBD is Left Hand Hop Juice. Hate when an IPA doesn't have a date. This one is old, and not much hops left in this juice. Glad I only paid half price for it. Dumped the rest of the bomber
