FBD: Founders Curmudgeon.

I've got a feeling that this will be my only beer of the day. I think two of these will knock me well on my arse. Very good beer though. The oak presence is very well balanced and the sweetness of the molasses hides the alcohol well. Definitely a sipper.

Bottomland, when you called parish, did you happen to ask if they would be selling the ghost bottles tomorrow, or just draft?

I dropped the ball on that one. I only asked about on tap.

4BD: Bayou Teche Cocodrie

REALLY liking this beer. Going to need to buy multiple 6-packs next time I'm in Lafayette. A solid triple IPA at $9 to $10/6'er is a pretty damn good deal.

How is that one?

TBD was a THA.
4BD Saint Arnold Divine Reserve 12. 2 years old and still boozy as hell. Nope.
5BD Pipeworks Mocha Abduction shared with the wife. That's more like it.

You're taken care of. No NoDa, though. Not yet. The girlfriend said she may be making a trip to Charlotte soon, however, which means I could get her to mule us some in when she comes here around the second week of September. Or she's tentatively supposed to, anyway, if she can catch a break from work.
