Can something be tart without being sour? This beer would be my evidence that it is possible.

The apricot sweetness is there, which is what I was hoping for.

I say yes. There are sour beers I don't like because they aren't tart. The thicker, darker-colored sours are not nearly as desirable as a tart, brighter, higher carbonation sours for me personally.

I think of a good Berliner Weisse being like this.

Yep, in the new South Market Tailgate Ruiner Tower. It's not too bad. Not worth the trouble for me to return down there.

Taking a little break from yard work and enjoying an Off Color Troublesome as my FBD on the back porch. This is a really good gose style beer. Perfect for slamming after yard work. I am pretty sure I have LL/Jones to thank for this.

Nbd. Mom and Grandma left, so using Labor Day as my excuse to drink alone before it's even 2PM.

Blaze wasn't mind blowing, but I liked the idea of pizza Subway.
