All I could get was the one bottle also. Denver metro only got 20 cases total. I am sure it would age well but I never age anything without trying it fresh. I think it's really good now. Would aging it knock some of the heat off? Probably, but like I said, it's whiskey barrel aged so I want and expect a little heat and it has just the right amount right now.
