SBD - 5BD were at Fairhope Brewing Co. :

Everyday Ale
Section St. Wheat
Fairhope 51 (Pale Ale)
Painted Black IPA

The Fairhope 51 was the best of the 4.

6BD was a Sweetwater LowRyeder IPA with dinner at Dragonfly Food Bar.

Nice little Saturday, actually.

I just wish JK would put out 12oz bottles. No way I finish this big bottle by myself.

SBD St Arnold Endeavor bottled 1/11/13. So good fresh. Glad I dug through some unopened boxes at Specs and scored these

Yeah, I've always wondered why they went with the big bottle only thing. At least that one isn't overly carbonated and keeps well in the fridge for a day or two.

I was impressed. The place is really nice. The pale ale stood out and I would drink it if it were available in BR. Good experience meeting the owners/brewer who are so excited about what they are doing. I think it has potential.

D&Q in Houston

He got the first 10 cases in Houston yesterday and, even with a 2 bottle limit, he was sold out in about 5 hours.

The rest of Houston's share should be hitting stores early next week.

ETA: More Funk Metal is supposed to be on the way next week and Boxer's Revenge may be getting released again in the next month or two.

JK distribution network isn't the greatest and they seem to be having issues with getting this one out to market.

That's the truth. I know the distributor in Houston has been sitting on RU-55 for almost 2 weeks now.
