Grilled duck breast is my favorite usually with a sweet sauce to go with it. Other than gumbo, this is the way to go.

What, you don't like liver? Wild duck for the most part is pretty gross.

Quick question, what is the best way to prep your ducks for a gumbo? I've heard different things and was hoping for some input, didn't wanna start a new thread about it, figured I'd throw it in here..

thanks!
