Fanciest Waffle House Ever.....

Proposed for canal street.
While its progress from the trashed vacant lot, it surprises me they arent looking at something nicer for the first intersection past the new hospital. Especially with Betsys already on the same block.

any of you looking forward to their outdoor bistro seating?

That isn't a bad stretch of Canal, really. And it's only going to improve with the new Med center right there.
