I don't drink milk other than in my coffee or to cook with. I've tried to use Soy or Almond to be more healthy but they change the taste of coffee to much so didn't really go over very good. I saw a commercial for Fairlife milk and thought I would give it a try. It's good, it doesn't change the taste doesn't have a bad after taste like almond but I'm wondering if it's too good to be true that its actually is better for you. It advertises it has more protein and less sugar. Anyone else give it a try yet?

It's a coke product and organic, right? I would think it's along the lines of most other organic milks.

We've bought it, FWIW, it's good. But I doubt it's going to have any significant health benefits over competitors.

No it's not organic. They do market that they don't treat their cows with hormones they feed them with their "own crop" and they filter the milk then recombine. Whatever that means

RE: milk, why choose a more processed product over a less processed one? If you want more calcium, eat greek yogurt. If you're only using milk in coffee, any potential health benefits from switching to a higher-protein milk will be negligible. I'm also not a fan of milk in plastic containers; waxed cardboard keeps it fresh longer.

I like the fact that it has less sugar and less carbs and doesn't change the taste of coffee. Soy, organic, almond milks are healthier than the reg 2% milk but change the taste too much so I haven't been satisfied with trying to use them.

website says they filter it out by separating then combine the components of the milk back together. My guess leaving out the fat

Fat has zero carbs (sugar)

That is how dairies do it now. Remove all fat, then remix it to obtain x% milk

I guess the filtering might remove some of the lactose and other sugars. I am diabetic and love milk, so i am all about this milk, as long as the flavor is there.

Edit just read website. The filtering takes all sugar out.
