SBD: Blue Pants Peach Wheat - not too bad for a Blue Pants beer...has a pleasant sourness to it.

enjoy a "nice" breezy evening. Cooking some pork tenderloin and chicken on the BGE and enjoying a tasty beverage. Cicadas in the background....cicada series in my glass.

Nice light, funky saison. Reminds me of Jester King's Das Wunderkind. Very carbed, I promise I didn't pour like an a-hole. Refreshing beer with dinner.

I know I've had it, but I don't at all remember my thoughts. I have it sitting on my counter right now though.

Very unfortunate that I didn't learn to appreciate whole fried bream until I was in to my late 20s. My great grandpa was on to something after all. Whole fried fish is one of my favorite things on this planet.

I love it whole fried as well.

These are filets (well, strips because Mom cut them), but will be delicious as well.

Awesome I got it for my Mom for her birthday. The recipes are so simple. I'm doing the breaded pork chop recipe soon since I have some thin chops I need to get rid of.
