Why in the actual frick would I spend 50 bucks on a pound of armadillo when I could probably get that from two off the side of the road? And 40 bucks for a mallard? Shells are cheaper than that.

Flamingo Meat is very unique in flavor. Usually soaked in fresh goat milk for at least two to three days to remove the oil from the meat. Fresh, raw heart of a Flamingo is a delicacy.
