Well then there is something else going on. I remember, even up to the June release of Envie, that i'd pour out a bottle, and i never noticed yeast at the bottom of the glass.

I might have missed it with the one last night if the glass wasn't underneath the end table light.

So, is this something that i'm just now noticing? I don't really think so, and being that this last batch of envie did taste different (in a good way, juicier) than the june batch, maybe they are filtering differently in the brewery, or using new methods to clear the beer, if any.

Either way, i still maintain that Envie, Opus, and Ghost are different beers other than the ABV.
