QUICK&EASY
make an alfredo sauce (cream, garlic, parmesan cheese)... cook some peeled shrimp w/ prudhomme's blackened redfish magic in a pan w/ butter. toss the shrimp in the sauce.
pour over grits w/ cream and gouda cheese.
