This area of town did not look this blighted 10-15 years ago. It's getting worse year after year.

Blighted seems like a harsh word to describe the area, as most. I would say the area simply didn't age very well.

Yea harsh and a over exaggeration. Blight is defined as deteriorated; dilapidation; decay:. That area is none of those and there are few buildings without tenants. It is an older area but far from blighted. Blighted would fit many parts of NBR but not sherwood forest, even north sherwood forest.

Massive apartment complexes on both sides of the street, likely turning Section 8 housing gradually and I am not paying $5 for a milkshake.

In the case of this subject, so is ignorance.

Do you feel like a bigger man when you disparage me? What's your deal? Seriously.

They are moving into the Greens at Millerville. It was announced a while ago that a location would be opening there in a building with the dentist office.
