Duck breast - your favorite recipe?

Going to do some duck breast tonight, but I'm undecided what I want to do. What's your go to duck breast recipe?

Soak in pet milk for a few hours.

Grill to med rare

Grill or pan sear over high heat to medium rare. Let rest 8-10 minutes, slice thin. If doing a pan you can whip up a pan sauce while it resting. Any citrus goes good with duck as well as fig preserves or cane syrup. Something like this here

That looks gorgeous. I'll probably do something like that. Thought about doing the whole bacon wrapped grilling thing, but don't feel like being outside.

This year it would be. Those were killed a year or two ago when ducks were more abundant. Prolly like a $90 entrée.
