Does Firehouse Subs intentionally pump in smoke to their restaurants?

The one on Corporate is always smokey, yet they are not burning anything. They have no hoods in their cooking/steaming area.
If it was steam, it would dissipate, but the place always looks hazy and smokey.

No clue, but I'm sure that's the main cause of the smoke. The Health Inspector needs to come by during busy hours.
