Yes, but not always. It's a good idea to call ahead of time.

Damn, I wonder if they'll have some tomorrow first thing.
If I am doing a dry rub, do you think it matters if I let it sit overnight versus just around 5 hours?

What's wrong with frozen ribs?

Unless you are buying farm raised, local, pastured Berkshire pork nothing is wrong with frozen ribs. They are all the same.

They sell ribs, I was in there last Saturday and seen a fella buying some. I also seen a gut buy $110 worth of Turkey Cheese individually wrapped in 1/2# portions too. He took forever. Whether or not the ribs are fresh is another story, I thing with pork they get frozen cases in and use that. There's nothing wrong with frozen ribs. Also a 5 hour dry rub will.be fine. Sometimes I put the rub on and drop them straight onto the pit.

Nice! Thanks for all the feedback.
They didn't have any in stock. After talking with them, it sounds like something you should call ahead and get them to order for you.
I have the ribs salted to brine right now. I will add the dry rub on a few hours before throwing them on the grill.
