I will definitely avoid that location. And all the other locations.

Take note, they are almost always located at an Interstate exit with a few hotels sharing the parking lot. As a guy in outside sales that spends an unfortunate amount of time at places like this, you should expect Chili's and I suspect you got something like Chili's. When a man is weary from travel, they have salads that are an easy meal that you can walk to but the rest is garbage. I loathe when a customer actually chooses Logan's, Texas Roadhouse, Applebee's, or anything similar because I have to pretend to enjoy it. It maybe that I relate it to meals with work but just the thought makes me cringe.

My wife and I have tried the places three times since it has opened. Every time was a disappointment. Food sucked (except the rolls) as well as the service. The third time we went was just for take-out. We ordered 2 steak salads and it took them almost 2 hours to get them out to us.

my son likes it because of the peanuts. The service the last times has been horrible. I told him it will be a long time before we go back.

Texas Roadhouse is the best of the worst imo. Its one of our go to spots if we have the kids. I actually like their chicken fried steak.
