Taos isn’t that big. That being said. There will be some fancy high end restaurant serving enchiladas for 20$ plate. Cause some celebrity has been there. No better than any hole In the wall.

Medley is good but Taos food in general is not as good as Santa Fe food. Guadalajara Grill is old school new Mexican food and is pretty good. Orlando's is nice with decent new Mexican food.

I'll second Guadalajara and Orlando's both are great. A lot of very good to great restaurants for a small town. Not sure either beats Chimayo though if you travel between Santa Fe and Taos on the High Road.
