I can make a thread on that as well. Just started cooking it with a pressure cooker instead of baking it actually. Absolutely heavenly.

If you had to guess, how much water did you put in the pressure cooker and also how man minutes did the meat cook for?

My best guess would be 3 cups. We covered most of the meat in water. Took about 45 minutes.

I've been wanting to try the "Gonzales Style" jambalaya with Indian spices and basmati rice ever since I made the one from the F&D Board. Think it'd be awesome.

Also, I always write stuff down. It's difficult to reproduce results without some written documentation. Yall start writing this shite down! Some of us Alabama guys have never made or even heard of some of this shite. We have no idea what it's supposed to taste like!

instead of gathering up all the seprate ingredients, what about using off the shelf curry seasoning from a grocery store and adding those ingredients not included within the spice bottle?

Not something I would suggest doing. Because it is all mixed together like that, there is no way to ratio it. It all comes out 1:1. That means if it had the red chili powder and coriander powder, they would come out in a 1:1 ratio which would taste really bad.

It will be like 45 minutes I think. If it is a more tender/young deer, go 35.

Small deer are the best.

Ask anybody. Harder target to hit too.

Agreed. That is why I shoot mostly does. I only shoot decent sized 8 points or larger when it comes to bucks.
