I am a steakhouse fan and go all over the US. Been to Keith Youngs twice and left disappointed both times. 527 is damn good but is probably in the Ruths category for attire. You can get away with shorts but they need to be nice and you need to behave. It's more of a nice jeans and dress shirt type vibe.

I've never had steak at Sal and Judy's but I've heard it was very good. Ribeye was around $30 IIRC.
