Let me start by saying I don't believe in marinating steaks...But A friend used this one day and it was delicious. He said you can't marinate it very long or it will become very salty

I definitely don't put on rib eyes, and it's way to salty to mainate anything. I will brush it on flank or skirts or burgers or pork chops when grilling. The wife like the Asian-ish flavor it brings to the party.

Moore's is less salty than Dale's. Same looking bottle. A little dab will do ya.
