This place will be difficult to sustain.
I don't see how you can roll it out like a Raisin Cane's especially outside of a seafood loving state like LA.
I don't think it's a type of mall food court place either.

I've had better fried fish, batter was ok, not seasoned enough for my tasting. Fries were skinny and probably would be better if they went the crinkle fry route. The boudin balls were ok, you can get just as good at a gas station. The fish taco was good and would go back for that, sauce was eerily similar to cane's.

If it survives, it will be strictly due to a good location and taking advantage of the nearby neighborhoods.

Food is decent. Fired catfish in a Raisin Cane's business model just seems so risky. I prefer my homemade fried catfish, and I'm sure others will feel the same. The boudin balls were unimpressive- small and soggy on the inside.

Fish taco is better at Zippy's.

That being said, i'll still go every now and again for a change of pace.

I went today for lunch. It was okay. Kind of pricy for what you get but staff was nice and fast. Total Canes ripoff

roommate just went last night... He predicts they will be closed in 4 months.

He got a #1 (catfish box) and a boudin ball item.

He said he paid $11.50

Said it was not great at all for how pricey it was... I actually mentioned to him that I heard it was pricey for little food
