I know it's a long shot, but is there anywhere to get a sack in BR first week in January? I got some family in town for a wedding from out of state and wanna show them a good time!

If you don't get an answer, just start calling seafood markets. I boiled on New Years Day last year so it's possible.

Not sure about getting your own sack to boil but I know Tony's is already selling them boiled and have been since at least thanksgiving. That newer place on government has them boiled as well I want to say 4.99lb I'm blanking on the name.

I ate crawfish two weeks ago in Vermilion parish, this year seems like a slower year than most though.

I have one ordered for Friday, I'm sure someone in the BR area will have some.

We've had crawfish in the NOLA area for over a month now.

We just bought some at Columbia Seafood in Covington today. They are small right now, but take care of the crawfish fix.
