Crawfish etouffee

I have a cousin coming in from out of town this week who wants me to make them some crawfish étouffée. I don’t have time to this week. Where is a good place in Baton Rouge to pick some up? I think that Robert’s Fresh Market has some from Hebert’s meat market.

I've known people who got either the bisque or etouffee from The Chimes. They'll sell it in containers.

Here is a pretty easy recipe that should take less than an hour...definitely would get more bang for your buck.
