I've got 2 very full #2 boiled crabs' worth of meat, a dozen or so boiled 20 count shrimp, a while pod of boiled garlic, a boiled onion, and a boiled shroom leftover from a little boil yesterday. How should I convert that into a good crab cake type recipe? Thanks in advance.

Wish I could help, but I don't measure when I make crab cakes and I don't usually make crab and shrimp cakes. Check the recipe book in the sticky at the top of the board.

Your mix sounds great for stuffed eggplant or mirliton.

I've always made them like I make seafood stuffing, but instead form them into cakes, egg wash, bread crumb roll and fry or bake

All you need is a sleeve of Saltiness and you have a snack.
