Converting my wife to eating what I grew up eating hasn't been hard at all. Making food that tastes better than what she grew up eating isn't hard. And for just about every holiday, there's one house that usually ends up being the place where the in-laws congregate: ours. They know what's up.

I also put rice in milk with just a dash or two of sugar. It's really good when the rice is still warm.
