Best I've ever had. Ate 2 tonight while I was there. What do they use as seasoning??

They leave it soaking in a butter bath all day until someone orders it and then they pull it out and apply salt and pepper.

I googled it and it looks like they use chili powder and lemon too. Don't know if it's true or not. It was spicy, had my lips burning

Can confirm they leave them soaking all day and then when an order comes in, they brush it was "Phase" oil (fake butter) and then apply seasoning to it.
