Cormie's Grocery went to crap in LC

Total Rant. It's really sad of what has become of Cormie's in Lake Charles. It used to be a really great place to pick up a hot meal or specialty item. Since the rebuild and Brookshire Bros involvement everything has gone to absolute crap.
Seafood stuffed chickens and meatloaf are almost inedible.
Breakfast sandwiches and bread pudding are average at best now.
No spaghetti sauce or decent fresh produce this afternoon.
I'm done. It's nothing more than a gas station with an average fried food area.

Yep! Totally agree. Their boudin is garbage now too.

The bread pudding is still great if you order it for a party and get it hot out of the oven.
Go to Hacketts for stuffed chickens.
Cormies will sell you a bag of their frozen hush puppies for 10 bucks. Jambalaya is still decent in a pinch.
