Cooking a turkey breast

We're having a small Thanksgiving ... now that I have the injection info, I'm assuming it's still a good idea to inject this even if it's just a breast right? No bone at all (last year did a bone-in-turkey breast) ... it was hard to cook evenly as it didn't "sit right" and would lean to the side.

We usually just brine our turkey. Salt, pepper, brown sugar, apple cider boiled on the stove. Dump some ice in it. Put your turkey breast in a bag with the brine, and keep it in an ice filled cooler until tomorrow.

Make sure you dry it before cooking.
