Oh man, that looks good. Have you eaten much country ham before that you can compare it to? I'm glad it came out well.

This was my first "whole" country ham. I've had the ham steaks you can order from Bentons website or buy at the smoke house. Not having had one before it's hard to say but i think it came out how its supposed to. One of the best hams I've ever had. We ended up doing a very light bourbon glaze.
