cook time for a pork roast

i have a 2.25 lb stuffed pork roast. how long and what temp should i cook it for?

Around 2.5 hours, start at 450 for the first twenty minutes then drop down to 275.

A digital thermometer that you can read remotely will end up being one of your best friends and some of the best kitchen money you can spend. Gone is the guesswork and following recipes that don't take into consideration the exact size or beginning temp of the protein. Since my purchase, I've never had a dry chicken breast, and I know when my whole roasts are done to my liking.
