Rough measurements:

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup cilantro, or more
1/2 jap pepper, seeded or not
1 green onion
Juice of 1\2 lime
A little water
Salt to taste

Put all but the salt in a blender. Pulse until smooth, adding enough water to thin it a bit. Salt to taste.

Great on fish tacos with fresh red cabbage.

That's just about how I make it. Great topper for fish tacos.
